CONDITIONS OF USE



Season ticket Terms and Conditions of Use

  • 1.1. The Season Ticket entitles the Season Ticket Holder to admission to the designated part of the Carrow Road Stadium ("the Stadium") on Match days and the right to sit in the designated seat as shown on the Season Ticket at all home fixtures of the league competition participated in by the Club's first team excluding any play-off games ("the Fixtures").

  • 1.2. Season Ticket Holders are not entitled to automatic entry to home cup ties. Season Ticket Holders will be given an exclusive period in which to purchase their designated seat for home cup ties. Thereafter the Club will offer any unsold seats for general sale.

  • 1.3. Season Tickets shall remain the property of the Club at all times.

  • 1.4. Season Tickets may not be re-sold or lent for value by Season Ticket Holders under any circumstances.

  • 1.5. Subject to Clause 1.4 above, Season Tickets may be used by family and friends ("Guests") of the Season Ticket Holder who shall at all times be responsible for the behaviour of his/her Guests. Any breach of these Terms and Conditions by such Guests shall be treated as a breach by the Season Ticket Holder who shall be liable to the sanctions referred to herein.

  • 1.6. In the event that the Season Ticket is used by a Guest falling within a lesser value ticket category than the Season Ticket Holder neither that person nor the Season Ticket Holder shall be entitled to any rebate in respect of such usage. In the event that the Season Ticket is used by a Guest falling within a greater value ticket category than the Season Ticket Holder that person must present the Season Ticket and pay the difference in value to the Club. The Club reserves the right to cancel the Season Ticket in the event that a Guest attempts to use the Season Ticket to enter the Stadium where the Guest belongs to a greater value ticket category than the Season Ticket Holder.

  • 1.7. In the event of a Season Ticket being lost or stolen this must be immediately reported to the Club whereon it will be replaced subject to an administrative charge to cover any costs involved.

  • 1.8. Any changes in a Season Ticket Holder’s details as held by the Club should be notified to the Club as soon as possible.

  • 1.9. In the event of any construction, development works, maintenance, or other works being required to any part of the Stadium, the Club reserves the right to require any Season Ticket Holder or Guest holding a Season Ticket in the affected part of the Stadium to move to any other part of the Stadium and to sit in any other seat of equivalent or higher value.

  • 1.10. In the event of any unforeseen circumstances or incidence of force majeure affecting any part of the Stadium, the Club reserves the right to require any Season Ticket Holder or Guest holding a Season Ticket in the affected part of the Stadium to move to any other part of the Stadium and to sit in any other seat of equivalent or higher value.

  • 1.11. The Club accepts no liability in the event that a Season Ticket Holder or Guest is precluded from admission to the designated part of the Stadium or the designated seat shown on the Season Ticket by reason of the circumstances described in clauses 1.9 and 1.10 above.

  • 1.12. All Fixtures are played in accordance with the relevant rules of the appropriate football governing body. Play cannot be guaranteed to take place on a particular day or at any particular time. All Fixtures are subject to change and the Club reserves the right to alter its advertised Fixtures without notice or liability.

  • 1.13. All Season Ticket Holders and Guests must adhere to any relevant dress code for any part of the Stadium designated from time to time by the Club.

  • 1.14. Smoking is prohibited in all areas of the Stadium including all seating, concourse and bar areas.

  • 1.15. All Season Ticket Holders and Guests shall at all times act in a civil manner. Any person who uses foul, obscene, abusive or racially abusive language at any time shall be subject to arrest or ejection from the Stadium, and shall have no claim for any refund or compensation from the Club. Any person who uses such language in the near vicinity of the Stadium shall be liable to be refused entry to the Stadium and shall have no claim for any refund or compensation from the Club.

  • 1.16. The Club is committed to preventing discrimination in all its fields of operation and within its stadium, providing an environment free from abuse, harassment, bullying and victimisation. The Club is committed to developing positive policies to promote equal opportunities and prohibiting unlawful or unfair discrimination on grounds of race, religion, age, gender, disability and sexual orientation. All Season Ticket Holders and Guests are subject to the Club's Equal Opportunities and Anti-Racism policies, copies of which are available from the Club on request.

  • 1.17. All Season Ticket Holders and their Guests shall at all times observe the proper directions of all Stewards, other employees of the Club and Police Officers.

  • 1.18. During play Season Tickets Holders and their Guests shall remain in their allocated seat and shall not block the aisles and gangways to and from the Stadium exits. Any person who engages in persistent standing while play is in progress having been warned about such conduct shall be liable to be ejected from the Stadium and shall have no claim for any refund or compensation from the Club.

  • 1.19. Any Season Ticket Holder or Guest who commits any criminal offence whilst attending, travelling to or from any home or away Norwich City Football Club match or who breaches the ground regulations of the host club shall be liable to have his/her Season Ticket cancelled or be banned from the Stadium for a period to be determined at the Club's discretion, without refund or compensation.

  • 1.20. Any breach of these Terms and Conditions shall render the Season Ticket Holder or Guest liable to be ejected from the Stadium, refused entry to the Stadium, and/or made the subject of a ban from the Stadium, in each case without refund or compensation and in the Club's sole discretion.

  • 1.21. Any Season Ticket Holder made the subject of a Club ban from the Stadium may appeal against the ban within 21 days by giving notice in writing to that effect, addressed to the Club's Company Secretary. The appeal will be heard by any one of the Trustees of the Norwich City Football Club Appeal Fund Trust, whose decision shall be binding on the appellant and the Club. Rules of procedure for an appeal are available upon request from the Club.

  • 1.22. The Club reserves the right to refuse any application for Season Tickets at its sole discretion.

  • 1.23. The Club reserves the right to withdraw a Season Ticket from a Season Ticket Holder or Guest for breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions. Upon withdrawal, the Season Ticket Holder will be charged a £25.00 cancellation fee and will be required to settle the full value of the Season Ticket (if not paid for in full at the start of the season) which shall become immediately due and payable upon withdrawal.

  • 1.24. The Club reserves the right to cancel the Season Ticket in the event that there is an arrears of payment in respect of the Season Ticket and this has not been remedied by the Season Ticket Holder within a reasonable period of time as requested by the Club. Upon Cancellation, the Season Ticket Holder will be charged a £25.00 cancellation fee and will be required to settle the full value of the Season Ticket (if not paid for in full at the start of the season) which shall become immediately due and payable upon cancellation.

  • 1.25. In the event that there exists an arrears of payment on the Season Ticket requiring the Club to take any action to seek and demand such payment, the Club shall be entitled to charge the Season Ticket Holder a reasonable administration charge (the amount of which to be at the Club's discretion) to cover the administration costs incurred by the Club in taking such action. With regard to those Season Ticket Holders participating in the Direct Debit scheme, a charge of £10.00 will be made for each failed direct debit payment in respect of each Season Ticket purchased. Access will not be permitted to matches at any time when an account is in arrears.

  • 1.26. Those Season Ticket Holders paying for their Season Ticket by way of direct debit will incur a £5.00 annual processing fee in respect of each Season Ticket purchased which will be payable in equal instalments across the direct debit payment plan.

  • 1.27. The Club's Ground Regulations shall be incorporated into these Terms and Conditions save where there is a conflict between these Terms and Conditions and the Ground Regulations where the former shall prevail. The Ground Regulations are available for inspection at entry points around the Stadium.

  • 1.28. Season tickets are non-refundable. Any refunds that are issued are done so entirely at the discretion of the Club and will only be considered in exceptional circumstances. Refund values will be calculated on a pro-rata basis based on the casual ticket value minus a £25 cancellation fee to cover the administration costs incurred by the Club in processing such refund.

  • 1.29. Those Season Ticket Holders paying for their Season Ticket (or the Season Tickets of other persons) by way of direct debit or credit/debit card payment shall have the Season Ticket(s) in question automatically renewed each season (in accordance with the relevant terms and conditions at that time in force) before the first deadline for renewal. The Season Ticket Holder will be sent a cancellation form after renewal which should be completed and returned to the Club within the stated deadline in the event that the Season Ticket Holder wishes to cancel the automatically renewed Season Ticket(s)



  • Membership Terms and Conditions of Use

  • 2.1. Membership Cards must be produced at the Club's Retail Outlets when purchasing in order to claim any discount that may be available.

  • 2.2. Membership Cards shall remain the property of the Club at all times.

  • 2.3. Membership Cards are not transferrable under any circumstances.

  • 2.4. In the event of a membership Card being lost or stolen this must be immediately reported to the Club whereupon it will be replaced subject to an administrative charge to cover any costs involved.

  • 2.5. Any changes in a member's details as held by the Club should be notified to the Club as soon as possible.

  • 2.6. The Club reserves the right to refuse any application for membership at its sole discretion.

  • 2.7. The Club reserves the right to terminate membership without refund or compensation at the Club's sole discretion (acting reasonably), including (but not limited to) in the event that the Member is the subject of a ban from the Stadium.

  • 2.8. All membership benefits listed are subject to availability and are subject to change.

  • 2.9. If you choose to upgrade your membership you will not receive the enhanced membership pack.

  • 2.10. Junior Memberships

    • 2.10.1. Membership Packs are tailored to the child's age and are not exchangeable.

    • 2.10.2. Access to Junior Canaries parties is on a first-come-first-served basis (due to limited availability).

    • 2.10.3. Access to Junior Canaries Football Festivals is on a first-come-first-served basis (due to limited availability).

    • 2.10.4. Free shirt printing is valid only with a purchase of a 2019-20 Junior replica shirt.

    • 2.10.5. Membership Cards must be produced at the matchday Family FanZone in order to gain access.

    • 2.10.6. Membership details must be produced when redeeming Community Sports Foundation discount via their website.



    Booking Fee

  • 3.1. All home match tickets purchased by phone or internet will incur a £1.50 booking fee. This is a fixed fee per transaction and does not apply to tickets purchased in person at Carrow Road or either of our two city centre stores (The Mall and Chapelfield, Norwich).


  • Home Match Tickets Conditions of Use

    4. Issue of Home Match Ticket

  • 4.1 The issue of a Home Match Ticket and subsequent access to the Ground is subject to the Terms & Conditions of Entry.

  • 4.2. Home Match Tickets are for the use of supporters of the Club only. By applying for the Home Match Ticket and/or using the same you hereby warrant and represent that you are a supporter of the Club.
  • 5. Admission to the Ground

  • 5.1. Use of the Home Match Ticket constitutes acceptance of the Terms & Conditions of Entry.

  • 5.2. A Home Match Ticket permits you to occupy at the Match the seat indicated on the Home Match Ticket or such other alternative seat of equal price as the Club may allocate to you at its reasonable discretion.

  • 5.3. Nothing in these Conditions of Issue shall constitute or imply any entitlement to occupy the seat indicated on the Home Match Ticket in any subsequent Match or season.

  • 5.4. Save as set out in clause 5.5 below, you shall not bring into (or use within) the Ground any equipment which is capable of recording or transmitting (by digital or other means) any audio, visual or audio-visual material or any information or data in relation to a Match or any aspect of it. Any person acting in breach of this provision will be required to deliver up any tapes, films, disks or other recordings or data to the English Football League ("EFL") and/or the Club and the copyright in any such recording or transmission is herby assigned (by way of present assignment of future copyright pursuant to section 91 of the Copyright, Designs, and Patents Act 1988) to the EFL.

  • 5.5. Mobile telephones are permitted within the Ground, provided that they are used for personal and private use only.

  • 5.6. Save for official Club merchandise and/or other football related clothing worn in good faith, you shall not bring into, use or display within the Ground any sponsorship, promotional or marketing materials.

  • 5.7. You shall not offer or distribute (either free or for sale by any person) within the Ground any consumer article or commercial product of any nature. For the avoidance of doubt this clause shall not prevent the lawful distribution of text publications in any format which do not infringe clause 5.6 where both the content and the publication are lawful in all respects and do not in the Club's reasonable opinion constitute a threat to public order.

  • 5.8. The Club reserves the right to refuse admission to, or eject from, the Ground any person who fails to comply with the Terms & Conditions of Entry.
  • 6. Use of Home Match Ticket

  • 6.1. The Home Match Ticket is issued for your sole use and you shall not resell, assign or transfer the Home Match Ticket or the benefit of it to any other person without the prior written consent of the Club. The reference to reselling the Home Match Ticket includes reference to offering to sell a Home Match Ticket, exposing a Home Match Ticket for sale, making a Home Match Ticket available for sale by another and advertising that a Home Match Ticket is available for purchase. For the avoidance of doubt (and by way of example only) this Home Match Ticket may not be offered as a prize in any promotion or competition or transferred, lent or sold to any third party as part of a hospitality or travel package, given to a third party who agrees to buy another good or service or used for any other commercial purpose save as expressly authorised by the EFL or the Club.

  • 6.2. The unauthorised sale or disposal of tickets is a criminal offence under section 166 of the Criminal Justice and Public Order Act 1994, as amended by the Violent Crime Reduction Act 2006. The Club will inform the police when it becomes aware that tickets are being sold illegally and will press for charges to be brought against those breaking this law. If you are convicted of a ticket touting offence, or the Club reasonably suspects you have committed such an offence, the Club will notify the EFL who may in turn notify other EFL Clubs and/or the relevant law enforcement authorities. The information that the Club shares may include your personal details, information about the offence and about ticket purchases (including payment details). The Club will use this to identify and prevent ticket touting offences and disorder at matches.

  • 6.3. The Home Match Ticket will remain the property of the Club at all times and must be produced together with evidence of your identity if required to do so by any official, steward or employee of the Club or any police officer. The Club reserves the right to require the immediate return of the Home Match Ticket at any time.

  • 6.4. Any Home Match Ticket obtained or used in breach of the Terms & Conditions of Entry shall be automatically void and all rights conferred or evidenced by such Home Match Ticket shall be nullified. Misuse of this Home Match Ticket may result in the holder being refused entry to, or ejected from, the Ground in respect of a particular Match and/or the cancellation and withdrawal of this Home Match Ticket. In the event of any cancellation and withdrawal in accordance with this clause 4.4, no refund shall be payable. The Club further reserves its right to take any legal action against any persons as it sees fit in connection with such matters, including a claim for an account of profits made from an unauthorized use of the Home Match Ticket.
  • 7. Changes to Dates, Refunds & Exchanges

  • 7.1. Any and all refunds for this ticket will be offered at the sole discretion of the Club.
  • 8. Lost or Stolen Home Match Tickets

  • 8.1. In order to gain admission to the Ground the Home Match Ticket must be presented in its entirety at the Match.

  • 8.2. The Club shall not be obliged to issue any replacement for a lost, stolen or destroyed Home Match Ticket.
  • 9. Cancellation & Withdrawal of Home Match Ticket

  • 9.1. Without prejudice to any other remedies it may have, the Club shall have the right in the case of any serious or persistent breach of the Terms & Conditions of Entry to cancel and withdraw any Home Match Ticket issued to you. In the event of such cancellation no refund will be paid. Without prejudice to the general nature of the above the following actions shall constitute serious breach of the Terms & Conditions of Entry:

    • 9.1.1. smoking in designated non-smoking areas;
    • 9.1.2. persistent standing in seated areas whilst the Match is in progress;
    • 9.1.3. sale or transfer (save as permitted) of this Home Match Ticket to any person;
    • 9.1.4. deliberate misuse of the Home Match Ticket;
    • 9.1.5. any misrepresentation in relation to clause 4.2;
    • 9.1.6. persistent swearing during the Match;
    • 9.1.7. the throwing of any object within the Ground without lawful authority or excuse;
    • 9.1.8. the chanting of anything of an indecent or racist nature;
    • 9.1.9. the supply of any misleading or incorrect information in any application;
    • 9.1.10. any failure to pay or default of payment in respect of any sums owing to the Club (or any third party) in respect of a Home Match Ticket.
  • 9.2. In the event that your Home Match Ticket is withdrawn or cancelled the Club reserves the right to exclude you from any membership scheme maintained or organised by the Club and/or to disqualify you from applying for any Match ticket or season ticket at its discretion.
  • 10. Exclusion of Liability

  • 10.1. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Club hereby excludes any liability for loss, injury or damage to persons/property in or around the Ground.
  • 11. Governing Law

  • 11.1. These Conditions of Issue shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. The parties hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.



  • Away Match Tickets Conditions of Use

    12. Issue of Away Match Ticket

  • 12.1. The issue of an Away Match Ticket and subsequent access to the Ground is subject to the Terms & Conditions of Entry.

  • 12.2. Away Match Tickets are for the use of supporters of the Visiting Club only. By applying for an Away Match Ticket and/or using the same you hereby warrant and represent that you are a supporter of the Visiting Club.
  • 13. Admission to the Ground

  • 13.1. Use of an Away Match Ticket constitutes acceptance of the Terms & Conditions of Entry.

  • 13.2. An Away Match Ticket permits you to occupy the seat indicated on the Away Match Ticket or such other alternative seat of equal price as the Club may allocate to you at its reasonable discretion.

  • 13.3. Save as set out in clause 13.4 below, you shall not bring into (or use within) the Ground any equipment which is capable of recording or transmitting (by digital or other means) any audio, visual or audio-visual material or any information or data in relation to the Match or any aspect of it. Any person acting in breach of this provision will be required to deliver up any tapes, films, disks or other recordings or data to the EFL and/or the Club and the copyright in any such recording or transmission is herby assigned (by way of present assignment of future copyright pursuant to section 91 of the Copyright, Designs, and Patents Act 1988) to the EFL.

  • 13.7. The Club reserves the right to refuse admission or eject from the Ground any person who fails to comply with the Terms & Conditions of Entry.
  • 14. Use of Away Match Ticket

  • 14.1. The Away Match Ticket is issued for your sole use and you shall not resell, assign or transfer the Away Match Ticket or the benefit of it to any other person without the prior written consent of the Club. The reference to reselling the Away Match Ticket includes reference to offering to sell a Away Match Ticket, exposing a Away Match Ticket for sale, making a Away Match Ticket available for sale by another and advertising that a Away Match Ticket is available for purchase. For the avoidance of doubt (and by way of example only) this Away Match Ticket may not be offered as a prize in any promotion or competition or transferred, lent or sold to any third party as part of a hospitality or travel package, given to a third party who agrees to buy another service or goods, or used for any other commercial purpose, save as expressly authorised by the EFL or the Club.

  • 14.2. The unauthorised sale of tickets is illegal under section 166 of the Criminal Justice and Public Order Act 1994, as amended by the Violent Crime Reduction Act 2006. The Club will inform the police when it becomes aware that Away Match Tickets are being sold illegally and will press charges to be brought against those breaking this law.

  • 14.3. The Away Match Ticket will remain the property of the Club at all times and must be produced together with evidence of your identity if required to do so by any official, steward or employee of the Club or any police officer. The Club reserves the right to require the immediate return of the Away Match Ticket at any time.

  • 14.4. Any Away Match Ticket obtained or used in breach of the Terms & Conditions of Entry shall be automatically void and all rights conferred or evidenced by such Away Match Ticket shall be nullified. Misuse of this Away Match Ticket may result in the holder being refused entry to, or ejected from, the Ground in respect of the particular Match and/or the cancellation and withdrawal of this Away Match Ticket. In the event of any cancellation and withdrawal in accordance with this clause 14.4, no refund shall be payable. The Club further reserves its right to take any legal action against any person(s) as it sees fit in connection with such matters, including a claim for an account of profits made from an unauthorized use of the Away Match Ticket.
  • 15. Changes to Dates, Refunds & Exchanges

  • 15.1. No guarantees can be given by the Club that the Match will take place at a particular time or on a particular date. The Club reserves the right to reschedule the Match without notice and without any liability whatsoever.

  • 15.2. In the event of the postponement or abandonment of the Match, you will be entitled to receive a full refund or receive the equivalent ticket for the subsequent re-arranged Match via such application procedure as the Club stipulates. The Club will have no further liability whatsoever, including (but not limited to) any indirect or consequential loss or damage, loss of enjoyment or travel costs.

  • 15.3. In order to obtain a refund, the Away Match Ticket must be returned to the Club's ticket office no later than 72 hours before the commencement of the Match. A refund will only be issued on production of identification that the individual requesting the refund is the person to whom the Away Match Ticket was originally sold. For the avoidance of doubt, the final decision belongs to the Ticket Office Manager.
  • 16. Lost or Stolen Away Match Tickets

  • 16.1. In order to gain admission to the Ground the Away Match Ticket must be presented in its entirety at the Match.

  • 16.2. The Club shall not be obliged to issue any replacement for a lost, stolen or destroyed Away Match Ticket.
  • 17. Cancellation & Withdrawal of Away Match Ticket

  • 17.1. Without prejudice to any other remedies it may have, the Club shall have the right in the case of any serious or persistent breach of these Terms & Conditions of Entry to cancel and withdraw the Away Match Ticket issued to you. In the event of such cancellation no refund will be paid. Without prejudice to the general nature of the above the following actions shall constitute serious breach of the Terms & Conditions of Entry:
    • 17.1.1. smoking in designated non-smoking areas;
    • 17.1.2. persistent standing in seated areas whilst the Match is in progress;
    • 17.1.3. sale or transfer (save as permitted) of the Away Match Ticket to any person;
    • 17.1.4. deliberate misuse of the Away Match Ticket;
    • 17.1.5. any misrepresentation in relation to clause 12.2;
    • 17.1.6. persistent swearing during the Match;
    • 17.1.7. the throwing of any object within the Ground without lawful authority or excuse;
    • 17.1.8. the chanting of anything of an indecent or racist nature;
    • 17.1.9. the supply of any misleading or incorrect information in any application;
    • 17.1.10. any failure to pay or default of payment in respect of any sums owing to the Club (or any third party) in respect of the Away Match Ticket.
  • 17.2. In the event that your Away Match Ticket is withdrawn or cancelled the Club reserves the right to exclude you from any membership scheme maintained or organised by the Club and/or to disqualify you from applying for any Match ticket or season ticket at its discretion.
  • 18. Exclusion of Liability

  • 18.1. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Club hereby excludes any liability for loss, injury or damage to persons/property in or around the Ground.
  • 19. Governing Law

  • 19.1. These Conditions of Issue shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. The parties hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.



  • Online Box Office Conditions of Use

    20. Contract Formation

  • 20.1. When you submit your order, you are offering to buy tickets at the price stated in accordance with the terms and conditions which, if accepted by us, will result in a binding contract. It is therefore important that you read and accept the terms and conditions before submitting the order.

  • 20.2. Once you have completed your order, you will be asked to confirm that it is correct. If it is not, you can amend or cancel the order before submitting it. It is your responsibility to ensure it is correct before submission.

  • 20.3. We will send a confirmation email on receipt of your order. This is not an acceptance of your offer, but an acknowledgement that we have received the order, and that our Ticket Office are processing it. The contract between us will not be formed until we dispatch the tickets to the address as stated in your order.

  • 20.4. Whilst we try to ensure that pricing and ticketing information on our website is correct at all times, errors may occasionally occur. If we discover an error in the price or nature of the ticket you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible, and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price/specification or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will unfortunately have to treat the order as cancelled. If the order is cancelled, we will of course provide you with a full refund.



  • 21. Eligibility to purchase home game tickets

  • 21.1. For home games the standard ticket sale eligibility will be:

    • The first day of sale (normally a Monday) − Super members on a one ticket per member basis
    • The following Friday − Standard members on a one ticket per member basis
    • The Following Friday − Tickets will go on general sale



    Definitions

    In the Conditions of Issue the following words and phrases shall have the following meanings:

    • "Away Match Ticket" means a printed paper ticket or any ticket (and/or any rights arising out of or in connection with any of the foregoing) for admission to a football match in which the Club participates which takes place at the ground of the football club which the Club is playing against.
    • "Club" means Norwich City Football Club Plc.
    • "Conditions of Issue" means these terms and conditions governing the issue and use of a Match Ticket.
    • "Ground" means the football Ground and all other locations owned, occupied or utilised by the Club.
    • "Ground Regulations" means those ground regulations issued by the Club from time to time that set out the terms and conditions upon which spectators are granted entry to the Ground (copies of which are enclosed).
    • "Guest" means a relative, friend, colleague and/or companion to the disabled who would be entitled to purchase a Match Ticket under the Terms and Conditions of Entry.
    • "Home Match Ticket" means a printed paper ticket or any ticket (and/or any rights arising out of or in connection with any of the foregoing) for admission to a football match held at the Ground.
    • "Season Ticket" means a season ticket (and/or any rights arising out of or in connection with a season ticket) for admission to Matches.
    • "Terms & Conditions of Entry" means each of the rules and regulations of FIFA, UEFA, The Football Association and The EFL; the Ground Regulations; and the Conditions of Issue (all of which are available from the Club on request).
    • "Visiting Club" means the football club playing against the Club
