To purchase your stadium tour ticket, all you need to do is log into your One City Account, or sign up HERE, and select which type of stadium tour you would like and the date you want to attend.
Your email receipt serves as your ticket, eliminating the need for paper tickets. Simply show your confirmation on your mobile device, and you're good to go.
Please arrive 15 minutes before your allocated time slot. Kindly note, late arrivals are not guaranteed entry.

Yes, free parking is available in the South Stand car park.
Private stadium tours are no longer available.
Please let the tour guide know on arrival if you or your family member is celebrating a Birthday, Anniversary or Engagement and we will feature them in our Press Conference at the start of the Stadium tour.
All stadium tour bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable and therefore cannot be cancelled or amended.
Absolutely, if you are purchasing on behalf of someone please call the Ticket Office on 01603721902 extension 1 and we can ensure that the ticket is in the recipient’s name. Don’t forget to let us know if you’ve booked the stadium tour for a special occasion!
