  • What membership options will be available for the 2024/25 season?

    Since the 2019/20 season, we have worked extensively with supporters and undertaken in depth research and analysis to ensure the membership scheme is not only fit for purpose but is also accessible and beneficial to a wide variety of supporters.

    This was successfully implemented in the 2021/22 season and continued to work since. As a result we have only made slight changes based on the feedback we received from surveys and consultations with our supporters. Our 2024/25 membership options are:

    • Home Membership – available for adult supporters based within the United Kingdom (aged 21 or over)
    • Away Membership – available for adult supporters only (aged 21 or over)
    • International Membership – available for adult supporters based outside of the United Kingdom (aged 21 or over)
    • Young Adult Membership (provides home and away ticket access) – available for supporters aged 14-20
    • Junior Canaries Membership (provides home and away ticket access) – available for supporters aged 4-13
    • Free Junior Canaries Membership (does not contain ticket access) – available for supporters aged 0-3

  • How will ticket access work if Norwich City make the 2023/24 play-offs?

    Access to tickets for the 2023/24 play-off semi-finals would only be available to 2023/24 members and 2023/24 season ticket holders, as per the traditional sales group windows. Purchasing a 2024/25 membership will not grant you priority access to tickets for these fixtures.

    In the event that Norwich City progress to the 2023/24 play-off final, 2023/24 season ticket holders and 2023/24 members will be guaranteed a ticket.

    New 2024/25 members would also have the chance to purchase a ticket for the 2023/24 final. Once the ticket allocation for this fixture has sold, the sale of 2024/25 memberships will pause, and will recommence following the conclusion of the play-off final.

  • How do I know which membership option to purchase?

    Fans wishing to attend home games can purchase a home membership and likewise fans wishing to attend away games can purchase an away membership. If you would like to attend both home and away games, you will need to purchase both memberships.

    Any supporter based outside of the United Kingdom (aged 21 or over) will be able to purchase a bespoke International Membership.

    For supporters aged 14-20, the Young Adult membership option provides both home and away benefits combined whilst clearly differentiating from our junior canary members. If you are a season ticket holder and fit within this age category, please ensure you purchase a top-up membership as this will provide you with the discount you receive as a season ticket holder (£15 rather than £25).

    All junior supporters aged 4-13 will be able to purchase a Junior Canaries membership, our system will automatically filter each supporter based on the DOB on their account to ensure they receive the correct membership and unique welcome pack. As with the Young Adult membership, if you are a season ticket holder please ensure you purchase a top-up membership as this will provide you with the discount you receive (£15 rather than £25).

    There will also be a separate product available to junior supporters aged 0-3, as this membership does not include some benefits such as ticket access with this being available for free.

    Please note – the system will restrict membership purchasing to ensure a supporter is purchasing the correct membership option corresponding to their account details. When purchasing a junior membership, you MUST purchase on the junior’s account otherwise you will not be able to checkout.

  • How do I know which membership age category my child falls into?

    The age categories for our non-adult members are designed to provide bespoke benefits suited to their age, therefore our system will automatically filter supporters who purchase a Junior Canaries membership.

    Following feedback provided by supporters, we have changed the way non-adult members are allocated into their respective age groups. The age brackets will be set when the membership is purchased, rather than a set point in the season. For example, if a junior purchases their membership when they are 13 they will fall into the Junior Canaries category, even if they turn 14 the following week.

  • How do you know how old my child is?

    All junior supporters who have a Junior Canaries membership will receive unique benefits based on the three different categories. We will determine which category your child falls into based on the date of birth which is listed on their One City account. If their date of birth is incorrect, please contact [email protected] BEFORE you purchase their Junior Canaries memberships as once it has been purchased we are unable to change this.

  • What is the cost of a 2024/25 membership?

    We can confirm memberships will once again be frozen at the same price meaning all 2024/25 memberships will be priced at £25. Non-adult season ticket holders (under the age of 20) will be able to purchase a top-up membership for £15 as their membership does not include benefits relating to home ticket access. Junior supporters aged 0-3 when they purchased their membership will received their membership for free.

  • Do I receive a discount for being a 2023/24 member?

    If you purchased a membership within the 2023/24 season you will receive a 10% discount on your membership providing you purchase your 2024/25 membership on or before Sunday, June 30. This will automatically be applied to your basket when you checkout.

    If you purchase your membership after Sunday, June 30 you will not receive this renewal discount.

  • What is a top-up membership?

    A top-up membership is available to all season ticket holders under the age of 21, to add a membership onto the season ticket that they already own. This top-up membership will provide all of the additional benefits that members receive excluding access to home tickets and a home Match Pick, as these supporters already have their seat at Carrow Road secured with their season ticket.

Ticket Access

  • How will tickets for the 2024/25 season be released once they’re on sale?

    We will continue to release tickets in sales groups based on how many games supporters have attended; ticket access for home games will be based on home attendance and access for away games will be based on away attendance.

    Feedback we have received indicated the sales group system has rewarded those who have attended the most games. As a result, we have kept this the same and will continue to have 3 sales groups for the 2024/25 season.

    Supporters who were season ticket holders in the 2023/24 season and have decided not to renew will be placed in home sales group 1, as they would have purchased a home ticket for every game in the 2023/24 season with their season ticket.

    All supporters must purchase the relevant membership in order to purchase tickets within their specific sales group window. Supporters can view which sales group they fall into via the account details on their online ticketing account.

  • What are the sales groups for home games?

    All 2024/25 Home, International, Young Adult, and Junior Canaries (excluding supporters aged 0-3) members will have access to home tickets based on the number of home games attended during the 2023/24 season. Please see below sales groups for home games.

  • What are the sales groups for away games?

    All 2024/25 Away, Young Adult, and Junior Canaries (excluding supporters aged 0-3) members will have access to away tickets based on the number of away games attended during the 2023/24 season. Please see below sales groups for away games.

  • How do you know how many games I attended during the 2023/24 season?

    The sales group that you fall into for the 2024/25 season is based on the data held on our ticketing system from games attended during the 2023/24 season. This data is determined by a ticket purchase within a supporters account and that account only. We are unable to authenticate any games attended that do not directly correspond to a ticket purchase within your ticketing account.

  • How can I find out which sales group I am in?

    As the 2023/24 season has not concluded, supporters still have the opportunity to purchase tickets and attend games, therefore sales groups have not been allocated.

    Once the 2023/24 season has concluded and no more tickets can be purchased, supporters can view which sales group they fall into via the account details on their online ticketing account and viewing their purchase history. Alternatively, you can call 01603 721902 (option 1) to find out which sales group you will fall into.

  • How do I claim my discount for NCFC women's games at the Nest?

    To claim this discount, all you need to do is log into your account with a valid membership and purchase a ticket for any NCFC Women’s match online or via phoning our ticket office. Please note this ticket must be purchased in advance of the fixture and members will not receive a discount for purchases on the door.

Match pick

  • What is the Match Pick?

    The match pick is designed to ensure supporters have a better opportunity to secure a ticket to a game of their choice. Once the 2024/25 fixtures are released, eligible members will have the opportunity to select their preferred game on a first-come, first served basis, which will guarantee them a ticket to that game. For more details see below specific match pick questions.

  • Who will get a Match Pick?

    A match pick will be available as a benefit to all membership options (excluding Junior Canaries aged 0-3) for the 2024/25 season as long as the membership is purchased on or before Sunday, June 30. Any membership purchased after the deadline will not receive a match pick as part of the membership. Home, International, Young Adult, and Junior Canaries (excluding supporters aged 0-3) members will all have access to a home match pick. Away, Young Adult, and Junior Canaries (excluding supporters aged 0-3) will all have access to an away match pick.

  • When will I be able to select my Match Pick?

    All eligible members (as described above) will have the opportunity to secure their match pick for the 2024/25 season between Wednesday, July 3 and Sunday, July 7.

  • How does a Match Pick work?

    Match picks will be available online or by calling the Ticket Office on 01603 721902 (option 1), and be available on a first-come-first-serve basis within the match pick window stated above.

    During this window eligible supporters will be able to select and secure their chosen match pick game at the beginning of the season, but you will not be able to physically transact and purchase your ticket in a chosen seat at this point. Instead, match picks will be made available for every home and away game of the season (as per the sales groups) and you will be able to select your chosen match and transact a ‘free’ product to reserve a ticket for that match. Then, the club will contact you closer to the date of your chosen game to provide the opportunity for you to purchase your seat from that point.

    You will need to purchase the ticket you have selected for your match pick within the dedicated match pick sales window otherwise you will lose this ticket.

  • How do I know if I have successfully selected my Match Pick?

    All supporters who have successfully selected their match pick will receive an email confirmation which provides evidence of their match pick choice. This selection will also be visible on the purchase history of the supporter's account.

    Without this evidence we are unable to confirm the selection of the match pick.

  • What if I want to select my match pick with friends or family?

    In order to select your match pick with a member of your friends & family you will need to ensure that those supporters are linked to your online ticketing account through the friends & family function on our ticketing system. You will also need to ensure that any supporter you are wishing to select a match pick with also has the correct corresponding membership product that entitles them to a match pick. On selection of your match pick and when transacting your chosen ticket, you will then be able to select the required seats with a member of your friends & family.

  • What if I’m unable to make the game that I chose for my Match Pick?

    As all match picks will be made at the beginning of the season, all fixtures are subject to change. Once you have selected your match pick you will not be able to change this or switch to another game.

  • If I choose my Match Pick for a game can I also buy an extra ticket within my sales group?

    Any tickets that are accessed by a member via the match pick will replace the ticket that would be available in your usual group. Membership entitles supporters the possibility to access one ticket per game, so the match pick would be counted as that one ticket.

Other questions

  • What are the other benefits I will get as part of a 2024/25 membership?

    We have worked extensively during the current season to analyse the membership benefits and enhance these for the 2024/25 season. As a result we have created a range of improved membership benefits that will be available. These can be split into 3 key categories, which are as follows:

    • Match Access – any membership benefit related to watching a game
    • Perks – any additional bonus benefit exclusively available as part of the membership such as competitions to win signed items or experiences
    • Offers – any internal or external discount or offer available as part of the membership

  • When will I receive my membership pack?

    Upon joining or renewing Membership, members will receive email notification as well as a welcome pack which will be posted out within 10-20 working days following release of the fixtures for 2024/25 season. Any membership purchased after the 2024/25 fixtures have been released will be posted out 14-21 working days after the purchase date.

    Following feedback from our international supporters, we have decided to remove the membership pack benefit from the international membership. Upon investigation, it became clear that international members experienced difficulties receiving the membership pack due to international delivery and customs charges.

  • Will I get a membership card for the 2024/25 season?

    As previously communicated, any supporter who has received a Fan Card from previous seasons (since 2021/22) will not receive a new Fan Card as this will be carried across. Season ticket holders will also not receive a Fan Card as their membership will automatically be uploaded to their Season ticket card.

    Only supporters who have not got a season ticket or a Fan Card from previous seasons will receive a Fan Card within their membership pack. We would like to urge supporters to ensure they keep the card safe as a new card will not be received each season. Cards can be reprinted with a cost of £5 per card by calling our ticket office on 01603 721902 (option 1).

    As international members will not receive a membership pack, they will also not receive a Fan Card.

  • Can season ticket holders buy a membership?

    As a season ticket holder, you are able to purchase an away membership to support us on the road. You can do this by heading to tickets.canaries.co.uk/memberships and selecting the ‘away’ membership option.

    Adult season ticket holders (aged 21 or over) will be unable to purchase a home membership, given they already have their seat at Carrow Road secured for the season. They can, however, purchase an away membership to watch the team on the road.

    Season ticket holders aged 20 or under will however be able to purchase a top-up membership for just £15. These supporters will be able to log into their account and purchase their respective membership as a top-up membership.

  • I want to buy a membership for my child who is aged 0-3, what do I need to do?

    Great news, memberships for junior supporters aged 0-3 for the 2024/25 season will be completely free! All you have to do is purchase the product as you usually would from our ticketing website, but you won’t have to pay anything at checkout. In order to purchase this product you will need to be signed into your junior’s account rather than your own.

    Please note - as the 0-3 membership is free it will not include any ticket access as part of the membership.

  • I purchased a 0-4 membership previously; will that carry over to the 2024/25 season?

    As you purchased a 0-4 membership under the previous membership offering, that product will, of course, be honoured and carried over to the 2024/25 season. Just as a reminder, the previous 0-4 membership product was a one-time only purchase that would see the membership last until the junior’s 5th birthday. This product will automatically be renewed for those that are still entitled, so there is no action required.

    Please note – the 0-4 membership will only run until a junior’s 5th birthday. When a junior turns 5, they will need to purchase a membership.

  • I purchased a free junior canaries membership last season; will that carry over to the 2024/25 season?

    If your junior is still aged between 0-3 they will still receive the benefits of their junior membership for 2024/25 season. As per the conditions of the free junior membership, they will receive all the benefits other than a membership pack, as this has already been issued.

    This product will automatically be renewed for those that are still entitled, so there is no action required.
