Hospitality ticket dress code

The dress code in all of our hospitality areas is smart/casual. Smart jeans are acceptable if worn with shoes. Short trousers, shorts, tracksuit bottoms and trainers are not acceptable and guests will be asked to leave if they are not suitably dressed. Please note that football shirts are not acceptable.

Where can I collect tickets from?

If you are collecting tickets they will be available for you to collect at the entrance to your Lounge from a matchday host. Please ensure you have the correct details of the company/individual who booked your tickets upon arrival.

Is there car parking available at the Stadium?

Please note there is no car parking at the Stadium and alternative arrangements should be made.

Are children welcome in the hospitality areas?

Children and babies are welcome in the hospitality areas however, we do not offer a concession price for children. All children must have their own ticket for entry into the stadium and lounge. Children accessing stadium seating need to be over two years of age and capable of supporting themselves in their seat. Babies and young children who do not meet our Ground Regulations specified above must remain in the Lounge or Executive Box accompanied by an adult during the match.

Is there disability access?

All hospitality lounges are accessible however please discuss with the Hospitality Team on 01603 721902 option 2 prior to purchasing.

Drinks policy

Hospitality guests are advised that no alcohol can be brought onto the premises. The Club operates a responsible drinking policy and all the staff are trained in order to uphold this policy. Where an inclusive drinks package is offered, guests are advised that only one drink is permitted at a time and further drinks will be made available once the previous drinks ordered have been consumed. Stockpiling and saving drinks contravenes the Club policy.

Hospitality bookings

There are no restrictions on the minimum or maximum quantity of hospitality tickets you can book. Please note we do sell packages to a specific amount of people but the Hospitality Team will be happy to assist.

Are there any key timings involved with the packages?

Hospitality lounges and Executive Boxes open 3 hours prior to kick-off. All hospitality bars close approximately 1 hour after the final whistle with the areas closing 20 minutes after. Please check your specific itinerary provided with your tickets as timings are subject to change.
