How to Log In

  • Click/tap on ‘Login/Register’ or on the ‘Person’ icon at the top of the page
  • Enter your email address (or username if for an Under 13 account)
  • Enter your password
  • Click/tap on ‘Login’
  • If your password does not work, or you cannot remember it, click on ‘Forgotten your password’ and follow the instructions

 

Do I have a OneCity account?

  • At the ‘Login/Register’ screen simply click on 'Forgotten your password' and follow the on screen instructions
  • If your email address is on our database you will receive a password reset link via email
  • Once you have logged in with your newly created password your name should appear in the top right corner of the webpage or if you click on the person icon.

 

How to Register

If your supporter number is not yet linked to a OneCity account, please contact the Ticket Office on 01603 721902 (option 1) rather than creating a new account as this will duplicate your information and your new account will not be linked to your season ticket or membership information.

 

  • If you do not already have a supporter number and you wish to create one then Click/Tap on ‘Login/Register’ or the ‘Person’ icon at the top of the page
  • Click/Tap on ‘Register Now’ towards the bottom of the page
  • Fill out all of your details
  • Confirm your account by clicking the link in the verification email sent to your email address

 

How to Purchase a Home Ticket

  • In the menu, go to Tickets => Home Games or click HERE
  • Click on the game which you wish to purchase tickets for
  • You can enter details into the ‘Best Available’ tool which will automatically select seat for you or you can use the Stadium plan to manually choose seats in the stadium. Any block with available seats will show as yellow or green. Please note if you are using the best available tool you must select a stand for the tool to work.
  • On the live stadium plan, any available seat will show as a green square. Simply click/tap the square(s) you want to select these seats. Please note that Row 1 or Row A are the front row in all stands.
  • Click/Tap ‘Buy Tickets’ at the bottom of the page to put these in your basket
  • Follow the checkout process

 

How to Purchase an Away Ticket

  • In the menu, go to Tickets => Away Games or click HERE
  • Click on the match you want to purchase a ticket for
  • Choose the ticket types and quantities which you require (you must be logged already if you wish to select concessionary ticket types). Please note that for away matches you cannot select specific seats.
  • Click/Tap on ‘Buy Tickets’ to put these in your basket.
  • In your basket, all tickets will need to be associated to an individual supporter number. You can change the name allocated to an individual ticket by clicking on the dropdown box by the name on the ticket (you will see your Friends & Family list appear). If you are unable to do this, please follow the instructions for ‘Friends & Family’ below first.
  • In your basket you will need to select a fulfilment type at the top of the page. For away matches this will be ‘Post’ and no other type of ticket will be available.
  • Please check that all ticket types and names allocated to tickets are as you require them to be before clicking ‘Update Basket’ to save any changes you have made and then proceed to the ‘Checkout’ (update basket must be clicked on before you can checkout).

 

Purchasing tickets on behalf of Family & Friends

  • You can link other supporter accounts to yours in the ‘Friends & Family’ section of your account which can be found HERE
  • To add someone to your ‘Friends & Family’ you will need to know their supporter number, surname and postcode.
  • Once added, you will be able to purchase tickets on their behalf.
  • In your basket, you will need to change the tickets’ supporter number by clicking/tapping on the dropdown and changing the person it is associated to.
  • You can remove people from your ‘Family & Friends’ list by clicking/tapping on ‘Delete’ in the list

 

Shopping Basket

  • In your basket, you can change the ticket price band and supporter information by clicking/tapping on the relevant dropdown menu. If you are unable to change the ticket to another supporter number, please follow the instructions for ‘Family & Friends’ above
  • You will need to choose how you would like the tickets to be delivered by clicking/tapping the relevant option at the top of the page (for example, Upload to NCFC App, or Print at Home).
  • After selecting this, or making any other changes to your basket, you will need to click/tap ‘Update Basket’ at the bottom of the page.
  • You will then be able to click/tap on ‘Checkout’ and follow this process.
  • Please ensure that you have checked all ticketing information is correct as we will be unable to change this after purchase.
